Someone crossed a line
Report them during the call, or from their profile, your chat, their post or the live room, then block them if you want. Pick a reason, add details and up to 3 screenshots, and a person reviews it.
If it involves anyone under 18, report it and leave. Those reports are handled separately and passed to the authorities.
A payment problem
Keep the receipt from the payment provider — Flingster does not take card numbers, so we cannot look a card up. Remember that each call has its own price, so two calls of the same length can cost different amounts.
Your account and your data
You can ask for your account to be deleted, for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected. The privacy policy explains what is kept after deletion and why.
