Who can use Flingster
You must be at least 18 years old to use Flingster, as a guest or with an account. If an account turns out to belong to someone younger, it is closed.
An account belongs to one person. Do not share your login, sell an account or run one on someone else's behalf.
What is not allowed
These apply in matches, calls, messages, posts and live rooms. Any of them gets an account removed:
- Explicit material on camera or in messages, from either side.
- Anything at all involving a person under 18. This is removed at once and reported to the authorities.
- Harassment, threats or pressure, including carrying on after the other person has said no.
- Recording the other person, screenshotting them to share, or passing on any part of a call.
- Pretending to be someone else, or using Flingster to advertise, recruit or run a scam.
Ending calls, reports and blocks
Either side can end a call or tap Next at any moment, with no reason given. People can be reported during a call, or from profiles, chats, posts and live rooms. Blocking someone takes effect immediately, and a block can be undone from your block list. If your account is suspended and you think it was a mistake, you can appeal through the contact page and the decision is reviewed again.
Coins, gifts and VIP
- Some accounts get free video or voice matches. How many is set by the system, so no particular number is promised.
- Beyond that, video and voice calls are paid with coins bought in advance. Each call has its own price, shown in the app, so calls of the same length can cost different amounts.
- A notice appears in the call before billing starts.
- Gifts in live rooms and chats use coins. Free gifts you receive expire if they are not used in time.
- Flingster VIP is an optional membership. Matching, calling and messaging work without it.
- Payments are handled by a payment provider on its own page. Flingster does not take card numbers.
No guarantees about who is online
The service is provided as it is. Who you meet depends on who is around at the time, so no particular person, waiting time or uninterrupted service can be guaranteed.
When these terms change
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Using Flingster after that date means the updated terms apply. What data is collected is covered in the Privacy Policy.
